About CVmundi
What we do and how we do it
CVmundi is a free assessment that shows which parts of your CV an automated system (ATS) can read and which it can't.
About CVmundi
What the assessment doesWhere the rules come fromWhat we don't knowWhat happens to your CVWhat the assessment does
It reads your CV the way an automated system would and shows you, item by item, what reads well and what is worth reviewing.
- Structure and formatting: tables, columns, headings, symbols, dates, and contact details.
- Length, personal details and language, depending on the country you're applying in.
- It's free, you don't need an account, and your CV isn't stored.
Where the rules come from
Each country rule is stored as data with its source. When there is an official source (a government job portal, a law), we link it. When there isn't, we say it is our own criterion.
- The countries with their own rules are on CV by country, with the sources in plain view.
- Rules are reviewed regularly and corrected when a source changes.
What we don't know
Each company configures its system its own way, and no outside tool can see how. That's why the assessment shows what usually reads well, not what will happen to a specific application.
- We don't guarantee that a CV gets past a filter or that you'll get an interview.
- What the job posting says comes before any general rule.
- Rules change; check the official source if a decision depends on it.
What happens to your CV
Your CV is processed in memory to produce the assessment and isn't stored. The full detail is in the privacy notice.
