- Your CV is processed on the spot and is not stored.
- Your assessment lives only in the tab where you view it and is lost when you close it.
- You don't need to create an account or give us your email.
What information is collected
CVmundi is designed to collect as little as possible. Here is what happens with each piece of data:
- Your CV (the file and its text): it reaches our server so we can read the text and calculate the assessment. It is processed in memory and is not written to disk or to any database.
- Country, industry, and experience level: they are used at that moment to choose the rules for the assessment. They are not stored.
- Your result: it is kept only in your browser tab (session storage) and is deleted when you close it.
- Technical connection data (for example, your IP address and browser): our hosting provider may log it for the site's operation and security.
- We don't ask for an account or an email, and today the site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long it is kept
- Your CV and its text: they are not kept; they are discarded once the assessment is generated.
- Your result: until you close the browser tab.
- Technical connection data: for the period set by our hosting provider [period to be set with the advisor].
How to exercise your rights (access, correction, or deletion; GDPR and ARCO rights)
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, or objection to the processing of your data and, in the European Union, also portability and withdrawal of your consent. In Mexico these are the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and objection).
Because we don't store your CV or create accounts, there is usually no data of yours to look up or delete; even so, if you have questions or want to exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@cvmundi.com.
If you are in Spain or the European Union, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). If you are in Mexico, the competent authority is the Mexican Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance.
