FAQ
Clear answers before you upload your CV
The essentials of how the assessment works and what happens to your document.
What is an ATS and why should I care?
- It's the software many companies use to receive, sort, and filter the CVs they receive.
- It converts your file into text and extracts key data: name, experience, and skills.
- If it can't read it well, your information may end up incomplete even if your experience is strong.
Key factAn ATS doesn't see your CV's design: it reads text.
